The Waddle Walk

Well we have more or less 3 works left to accomplish for this class...  "Clash with eternity" was done with a background made from two other backgrounds.  I used 2 images taken from the internet of 2 people in position surrounded by brushes called ornamental shapes, and some summoning circles.  The intent is that it would be strangely interesting as a circuit board is peeking out of the folds of space as some creature stands ready to attack a stranger with 2 manta ray like pets. "Under the Sea" made by me. I used 2 layers of texture background, the swirly one of course as the background, and a water texture in overlay to simulate underwater on top of several ornament brushes bent in freeform to better look like aquatic lif"e. "Agent bit emerges" is a photo done with 2 textures woven together and the creature in the middle, agent bit, is placed with tech brushes made to resemble something layered in hard mix. 

http://gfarley-tremblay.blogspot.com/   I adore her style of drawing, it seems so vibrantly organic, yet so minimal and clean.  I strive to perform many styles and this is just an example of one of them.  I can honestly say I have a ways to go considering the picture but I think I'm happy with it.  So much of her work seems so vibrant, and alive with a cheerful disposition.  Noticeably so much of her work has women, and one can't help but notice the style makes it to where no matter the size or figure of the women make any of them less amazing or beautiful.  Each seem in their own way an actual woman, happy with who she is.  As such I've made this photo, if I can manage to get the hair right, i'll switch this one out with the rework.

OMFg- I love you       I gotta say that I really like her songs, plus the Musicians' cute~.  The songs have a rhythm that feels good to me, lyrics are a bit weird, but the songs are just that weird plinky plonky tune that drives you insane replaying for days in yur head after you've heard it.  I'm already the kinda weirdo to replay songs into the dirt so it's pretty awesome :D check it out if you'd like and see what I mean!

well I used a bit of crop, the quick selection tool, the text tool, and the eraser.  enjoy.  

I hate grey... I... HATE... grey.  Mostly because I used to not like the essential plot of "50 Shades of Grey" being it's a movie about an intern enjoying her boss's "toy room" only to become a victim cause she got bored and he threatened to kill her family if she dared stop being his favorite "toy".  Now I hate it because I've enjoyed using greys all the time in... painting class.  I hate greys so much, especially since we are not permitted to use the black paint tubes we were instructed to buy.  Now my black tube is almost full while I will have to purchase more primaries soon and spend 30 minutes making a good shade of black every day in class.  So many shades of grey... so... angry.

For an assignment I was asked, "what is the nature of dreams"?  Thinking about my own experiences it's actually pretty scary.  Once as a child I dreamt I was being hunted by a dude who looked like he belonged in Viking.  I mean I don't remember how many times I either was walking a thin bridge above a deep crevice that I fell into or a car where I was the only occupant... and in the back seat... as it was in motion. Do I believe in coincidence?  I say I don't think that the universe could be so lazy... too many things happen because there are so many people who make things occur in the world, all things that happen is the combined fluid result of the universe in its entirety in simultaneous and continuous motion.
